Welcome to Human Resources Development Committee in Banking & Financial Sector

The Human Resources Development Committee in the Banking Sector (HRDC-BS) was set up under the Cabinet Decree No. 62/6 of 1996 to support, sharpen & strengthen the local recruitment drives/ (Emiratization Drives) for all banks operating throughout the UAE.

In year 2006, and under the cabinet decree no. 16/1 the Insurance, Exchange and Finance sectors joined the umbrella of the HRDC and renamed as the Human Resources Development Committee in Banking and Financial Sectors.
